Having done work as an adjunct professor and program coordinator, I am at ease speaking in front of audiences, large and small. My goal is to tailor talks for your audiences in a way that’s easy to digest. Rather than using a “one size fits all” approach, I tailor lectures, presentations, and programs to suit the needs of audiences. My goal is to allow audiences to eventually have lively discussions where they can delve into exploring new ideas.
Some topics that I have been asked to speak about:
- Advocacy-building and/or leadership presentations & workshops for:
- Students
- Nonprofit organizations
- Civically engaged citizens
- Use of the term Latinx and its implications
- Exploring gender and identity in Hispanic/Latino diasporas
- Education and censorship
